Prior to that, he was head of Aon Broking in Chicago. The firm said that the appointment of Lambrou, who will then report to Nevett, will allow the latter to focus on the firm's Pacific growth strategy by building key client and market relationships. The risk solutions unit's coverage includes crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, private client insurance and valuation services, among others. Aon operates through three businesses in Australia: Aon Hewitt, Aon Risk Solutions and Aon Benfield. It has around 1,600 staff in the country.
