Thompson has over 30 years of financial services experience in Australia, New Zealand and the US and has served as managing director for retail at ANZ New Zealand since March 2010. Prior to that, she was a senior executive at General Electric and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Her replacement will be announced in due course. ANZ Wealth covers investment lending, financial planning and the ETrade, OnePath and ANZ Private Bank brands.
