Netwealth Adds Non-Executive Director To Board

Australian wealth management firm netwealth has expanded its board with the appointment of a non-executive director.

Kate Mulligan was previously a managing director a Ventura/All Star Funds Management and stepped down from this role in September 2012 after Centrepoint Alliance assumed ownership. From then, Mulligan established King Irving, a consulting firm that specialises in the restructuring and commercially-oriented needs of fund managers.

Her appointment to the board brings the total number of non-executive directors at netwealth to three.
