Nucleus Adds Two To Legal Unit

Nucleus, the UK IFA-owned and controlled wrap platform, has made two new appointments to its legal, risk and compliance team. Nicola Megaw joins as head of legal and Rachel Mullin as solicitor.

Megaw joins Nucleus from UK-wide law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn, where she held the role of corporate finance solicitor. Mullin joins from Glasgow and Edinburgh-based law firm MacRoberts. Before that she worked as a legal executive at Shepherd and Wedderburn, alongside Megaw.

Reporting to managing director Stuart Geard, the pair will be responsible for preparing and negotiating legal contracts, aiding the company secretarial function and advising the chief executive and business development teams on legal solutions.

Nucleus recently appointed three regional account managers to its business development team.
