Coutts Names Private Office Director

The Private Office unit of RBS-owned wealth manager and private bank Coutts has hired Oliver Hart as a director. Based in London and reporting to Camilla Stowell, managing director, Coutts Private Office, he will look after the financial affairs of ultra-high net worth clients, whose assets will typically exceed £30 million (about $50 million) net, or those who have more than £10 million available to be invested. Hart joins from Lloyds Private Banking, where he spent four years as a senior private banker, looking after UHNW private clients. Before that, he was employed by Barclays Wealth as an associate director, managing a portfolio of clients; before that, he spent three years with Brown Shipley & Co as a portfolio manager.
