Fox Partnership's Private Banking Executive Search Business Gets A Makeover

Fowler Fox & Co is the new international name for The Fox Partnership and its high end private banking executive search business, this publication can exclusively report.
Group chief executive, Simeon Fowler, told this publication that the new branding will segment the groups business into two clearly defined practice areas - Fowler Fox & Co being high end managing director- and CEO- level executive search, and The Fox Partnership focusing on mid to senior roles, mainly in the UK.
The Fox Partnership, founded by Fowler and Philip Siddall 13 years ago, is now under the sole leadership and ownership of Fowler, and will continue to operate in the UK. Siddall will remain the point of contact for this UK division. Katie Brunt, who has been with the group for five years, will take on a wider, board level APAC leadership role for Fowler Fox & Co.
"Going forward we will focus on our strengths, which is high calibre executive search under the Fowler Fox & Co new brand. We will continue to be focused on the Asian markets in the medium term,” Fowler said.
Seeing the recovery in London and Switzerland for quality executive search, Fowler Fox & Co intends to launch in these locations next year: "We need to be continually ahead of the knowledge curve in our business and be on the ground when the market turns. We have been making plans for this in both the UK and Swiss markets for several months,” Fowler continued.
While the market has seen recruiters flee to Asia from the UK and Switzerland in the last two years, many have missed the boat and have a credibility gap with the Asian market, said the firm.
