5 December 2012
Henderson Property, the £12.4 billion (about $20 billion) property business of Henderson Global Investors, has appointed James Ellis as an assistant portfolio manager on its German property team. Based in Frankfurt, Ellis will measure the performance of, and analyse, the AUB Opportunity III and the Henderson German Logistics funds. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked on the valuation and advisory team in Frankfurt. His role there covered valuations of mixed-use portfolios and single assets across the German retail, logistics and office sectors, including the quarterly valuation for the Henderson Opportunity III fund, Henderson said in a statement. Henderson also recently added Kathrin Andres - also latterly of Cushman & Wakefield - to its Frankfurt office.
