Richard Beggs, head of UK
investment advisory at JP Morgan’s private banking business in London, has resigned from the firm, this
publication understands. His future plans are unclear at this stage. JP Morgan
Private Bank declined to comment on the matter. In July, this publication reported that managing director
Richard Madeley had left JP Morgan’s UK private banking business. He
joined a new private wealth advisory business in London being assembled by Edmond de
Rothschild Group, the private banking and asset management firm owned by the
Rothschild family.
