Advent, Schwab Enter Portfolio Management Agreement

and Schwab Intelligent Technologies have entered an agreement to
integrate two of the former’s portfolio management platforms into Schwab
OpenView Gateway, in a move intended to extend the availability of
custody information from Charles Schwab & Co.

Software and general manager of Black Diamond. The relationship between Schwab and Advent stretches back 20 years,
during which time they have served some 1,400 shared clients.
