Matt Gregory and Marc Schroeder join as business development managers. They will report to Clive Wright, managing director of private wealth management offshore division and will be based in the bank’s Jersey office.

Gregory has had experience both monitoring and managing investment portfolios in Jersey, Guernsey, Geneva and the British Virgin Islands. He joins from TMF Group in Jersey, where he was head of the greater European investor services team, developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and the global client network.

Schroeder’s experience in the wealth management industry covers South Africa, Australia and the UK. He joins from Standard Chartered Private Bank in Jersey where he was senior associate director in charge of client relationships.

The pair will be supported by Rebecca Chambers, who has joined the team as a business development assistant. She formerly worked with the portfolio management team at Kleinwort Benson.
