New UK Property Investment Trust Launched

Resolution Asset Management, a UK-based fund management group, is to launch its first investment trust targeting commercial property. The Resolution UK Commercial Property trust will target investments in offices, retail premises and industrial buildings. It will target an initial gross dividend yield of 5.25 per cent with dividends paid quarterly.
