Rose, Snyder & Jacobs is a CPA firm, providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to private companies, small public companies, wealthy individuals and family offices. It has 10 partners and around 50 professional staff.

Russell Bedford was established as a network of firms in 1983, and now covers some 460 partners, 5000 staff and 200 offices across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

“Knowing that all our competitors belong to international affiliations, we have been considering this kind of move for some time,” said Greg Snyder, senior partner at the CPA firm. The network will give the firm more resources to deal with clients’ international transactions and affairs, which they are increasingly involved in, he added.

Meanwhile, Bill Rucci, North America regional managing director at Russell Bedford, said that adding a firm in California marked a “major step forward” for the organization, as it gives it a foothold in a key US market.
