Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has added lawyer Elaine Gray to its litigation and dispute resolution group at its Guernsey office. Gray, who is due to begin in April, is the department’s second senior appointment in the last nine months.

Gray joins the firm after having been a partner at Guernsey law firm AO Hall, where she specialised in dispute resolution, employment law, intellectual property law and commercial litigation specifically based in the Channel Islands.

Originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor, Gray moved to the Cayman Islands as an attorney in 2004 before qualifying as a solicitor in England, facilitating her admission as an advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2009.

Based in Jersey, Guernsey and London, Carey Olsen is an offshore legal firm assisting institutional clients in large multi-jurisdictional transactions across the Channel Islands. The firm also provides legal services for governments, corporates, professional firms and high net worth individuals.
