Prashant Kothari joins as senior investment manager in the emerging markets equity team for the Indian equities division. Kothari was previously a vice president and senior investment manager at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company in India. He began his career as an analyst in 2003, researching for various sectors in the country. 

Pictet Asset Management has a considerable equities offering in India, recording a fund size of $311.56 million as of today. The company has £4.3bn ($6.8 billion) in assets under management invested in emerging market equities.
