Boston Law Firm Recruits Tax Expert For Wealth Advisory Group

Choate, Hall & Stewart, the Boston-based law firm, has hired Patrick Lavoie as a tax manager, responsible for overseeing tax advisory services for the firm’s wealth management group. Lavoie joins the firm from Parent, McLaughlin & Nangle, where he was a senior tax manager and worked with business and individual trust and estate clients. In his new role, he joins a group that is responsible for around $2.5 billion in assets for high net worth individuals and families, the firm said in a statement.
