Gibson Tullberg, the wealth and asset management executive search business, has appointed Michele Turner to run its asset management practice in London, this publication can exclusively report. Turner joins from Hanson Green, where she spent 12 years as head of financial services. "The current financial market climate favours executive search as banks deploy scant resources to target specific growth opportunities only. The prevailing conditions simply don't really favour mass market recruitment, internal bank data basing of redundees or CV distribution platforms,” argued Tim Gibson-Tullberg. Gibson Tullberg, which has businesses in Singapore, Geneva and London, has expanded in recent years. In April, it appointed Will Grace to join its UK business to develop the UK private client practice alongside Simon Worthington.
