MLC, the
wealth management division of National Australia Bank, has launched new websites to enhance its client and advisor segments. The new
websites lets advisors view key business information like account balances, a
new client search function which flags potential client needs for advisers, according to a statement from the firm. Clients
can view key account information after logging onto their secure site,
including balances and most recent transactions, said the report. Other
changes include being able to view tax information and beneficiary details
online, as well as term deposit maturity notifications. "A
strong online offering is crucial for any platform and we wanted to give our
clients and advisers a better online experience," said MLC MasterKey
general manager Dean Thomas, in the statement. "These
new secure sites are easier to use and are action oriented to support advisors
with their day to day business needs and client conversations. (They) will help
improve business efficiency and free up more time to spend adding value to
clients," he added.
