Summit Trust, the US-based wealth planner and asset manager, is launching five investment fund products with a view to improve investor returns in 2012.
The new funds are aimed at encouraging a new approach towards alternative asset allocation by wrapping the products with the likes of traditional trust accounts, charitable accounts and dynastry trust portfolios, the firm said. Products to be presented at the series include the Capital Window Fund, a $100 million private equity fund that targets emerging and high-growth companies; Directed Capital, which offers real estate loan portfolio and mortgage acquisition assistance; the Summit Peak Fund, a fund of hedge funds product; the Summit International Real Estate Fund and the Summit Main Management Portfolio. The product range will be officially unveiled in November 2011 at the Summit Trust Annual Investment Series. The roadshow begins at Las Vegas on 9 and 10 November, Miami on 17 and 18 November, and then end in Philadelphia on 1 and 2 December. It is open to pre-qualified and registered advisors.
