Raymond James Adopts IntelliFlo Valuation System

Raymond James Investment Services has adopted the Intelligent Office system of IntelliFlo, enabling the former company to let users manually upload valuation files for clients’ plans.

IntelliFlo offers web-based, practice management solutions; Raymond James’ use of its Intelligent Office makes it the twenty-eighth such firm to adopt this product.

The process works in the following way: Raymond James creates the valuation files on a daily basis and makes them available on its extranet to be downloaded and imported directly into Intelligent Office. The files contain all valuation and fund data for a variety of investment and pension products, ensuring that client portfolio reports will be automatically updated. This data will be accessible with the correct client and fund information to create accurate financial planning sessions.

IntelliFlo was formed in 2004 and has 7,500 users.
