Channel Islands Law Firm Hires Senior Counsel

Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has hired Michael McAuley as counsel to its litigation department in Guernsey. His recent offshore trust experience includes seven years at Appleby in Bermuda where he practised in all areas of contentious and non-contentious trust and pensions law. The firm's litigation department has been on the increase, with the recent addition of associates Tabreez Ahmed and Sarah Cakebread taking the total number of lawyers on the team to 16. With more than 130 lawyers, Carey Olsen offers services including funds, banking and finance, trusts and fiduciary, and commercial and residential property.
