Mexico, Costa Rica Sign Tax Agreement

Mexico and Costa Rica have signed a tax information exchange agreement, bringing tax relations between the two Latin American nations into line with the OECD model. The agreement includes a mutual agreement procedure to provide resolution for any conflict over the TIEA's application and interpretation, reports Tax-News.
