Capital Guardian Strikes Partnership In Virginia
Jacob Wachholz
5 April 2011
Capital
Guardian, the regional investment firm, has expanded its network by
partnering with Rhino Wealth Management in Norfolk, Virginia, under
the direction of president and senior portfolio manager Mark
Rienerth.
Rienerth
has been a financial advisor since 1981, with firms including Wheat
First Securities and Merrill Lynch, and in 2004 when on to found
Rhino as an independent advisory firm. It offers predominantly
fee-based, discretionary portfolio services.
Rienerth
cited Capital Guardian’s relationship with Pershing, the clearing
service and broker custodian, as one factor behind the new
affiliation, as well as the service model provided by Capital
Guardian's advisory services team.
In
related news, last month Capital Guardian Wealth Management added
offices in Wilmington, North Carolina and Pensacola, Florida. The
firm also brought in two members of staff to run the new operations.
