Exec Search Firm Adds Finance Specialist To NY Office

Caldwell Partners, the international executive search firm, has bolstered its financial service practice with the appointment of Richard Stein to its New York office.

Stein's recruitment experience encompasses private banking, wealth management, risk and compliance, and consumer banking, on a global basis. Prior to his new post, he was a senior partner for the North Atlantic unit of Global Sage, and also served as a senior client partner at Korn/Ferry International before that.

Executive search firms specializing in financial services have been stepping up their game over the years since the 2008 global crisis, as this led many firms and clients to scrutinize their wealth managers and finance specialists more intensely.

Stein joins a team of partners in New York, which includes financial services recruiters Paul Heller, Michale Martinolich, Scott Bilby, Gerry Cameron, and Leah Peskin.
