New CEO Announced At Temasek Trust

Temasek Trust has named Jacqueline Wong as its new chief executive officer.
Wong was previously a senior partner at Egon Zehnder International, where she served as head of the financial services practice for Asia-Pacific and as global head of the sovereign wealth funds practice. In a statement, the company said that Wong's hire is timely as the firm moves to to expand its scope and diversify its philanthropic offerings.
In addition to her new role, Wong will also be working closely with Temasek Trust's board of trustees as an independent stakeholder.
Wong is to help shape the institution, as well as its strategic direction and its mission, the statement continued.
Temasek Trust overseas the management and disbursement of philanthropic endowments and community gifts from Singapore investment firm Temasek Holdings and other donors. To date, Temasek Holdings has awarded more than $800 million to the unit.
