In his new role, Scott will lead a team of lawyers covering all the main financial services areas, according to the firm. He joins Bedell Cristin from a Jersey law firm based in the Channel Islands, where he worked for five years; his experience in the UK includes five years at the law firm Dundas & Wilson.
