SG Acquisitions, the investment firm and family office owned by Russian billionaire
Sergey Grishin, has appointed
Dovi Frances as president of the company.
Frances is a former native of Israel and brings extensive financial services experience to his new position. His most recent role was as private banker and client advisor at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in Los Angeles. Frances is also a co-founder of SG Companies, which comprises SG Private Wealth Advisors and SG Private Lending Corp, along with Grishin.
SGA focuses on the purchase and rehabilitation of commercial and residential properties, providing advice and solutions for wealth indviduals through SG Companies, investments in seed and early stage technology startups, and capital market investments. SGPWA provides private wealth advisory and consulting services, while SGPLG provides HNWIs with access to jumbo and super jumbo financing ranging from $2 million to more than $20 million.
