Giant US Tax Advisory Firm Appoints MD In New York

WTAS, one of the largest independent tax advisory firms in the US, said founder member Jeremy Booth has been made managing director of WTAS New York. He helped create the firm in 2002 and has been a director since 2008. He was promoted to manager in 2003. He is one of 96 managing directors across the country out of a total workforce of around 500 people in 14 cities. Booth has extensive experience in tax and financial matters affecting high net worth individuals including income tax planning and compliance, cash flow analysis, wealth maximization plans, and gift and estate tax planning. He specializes in providing and developing individual group services programs for executives of professional services firms, hedge funds and private equity funds. Before joining WTAS, Booth spent four years at an international professional services firm where he performed audit services in their financial services division and individual tax services in a private client services group.
