Satuit Unveils Upgraded CRM System

Massachusetts-headquartered Satuit Technologies has released an upgraded version of its client relationship management system which includes over 30 new features.

Among the enhancements made to SatuitCRM v10.11 are expanded search capabilities and the ability to organise search results in universal grid views. These new grid view functions include drag and drop configurations and dynamic filtering, along with many other features more typically found in spreadsheets than in a CRM database, the firm said in a statement.

Another new feature highlighted by Satuit is a global dashboard administration and publishing suite and with this system administrators can create customised dashboards which can be distributed firm-wide.

"Success in the CRM business is a process not a destination and we are constantly striving to out-do ourselves with the ingenuity of SatuitCRM features. Our intent is to create the largest return on investment possible for our clients and this version has the bells and whistles to do that," said Karen Maguire, chief executive of Satuit.
