New Tool Launched To Access Asia's Ultra Wealthy

Wealth-X has unveiled an online business development tool that opens up access to Asia's ultra-wealthy.

The members-only platform provides specialised, curated intelligence on over 8,000 ultra high net worth individuals in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. Each dossier includes data on an individual's net worth, liquidity, income, passions, hobbies, philanthopy, politics, known associates, service providers, and contact details. In addition to this service, the company also provides members with bespoke dossiers to meet corporate requirements, including management consulting.

"With the rapid and sustained creation of wealth in Asia, we are excited to launch our offering at a time when many wealth management organisations are aiming to establish their presence in the region with valuable intelligence," David Friedman, executive vice president of strategy at Wealth-X, said in a release.

According to the latest Credit Suisse Global Wealth Report, of the over 1,000 billionaires worldwide, 245 are in the Asia Pacific region, and of the 24 million high net worth indviduals, over 800,000 are in China and around 170,000 are in India. Over 4 million are spread across the rest of the Asia Pacific region.
