JSC Bank Of Georgia Opens Wealth Management Office In London

JSC Bank of Georgia has set up a subsidiary office in the UK with the primary objective of liaising directly with the firm’s wealth management business unit, a move in line with the institution’s private wealth expansion plans.

The representative office, to be based in London, will provide information relating to deposit products offered by the banks wealth management unit and strengthen communications with the existing investors of the institution.

Macca Ekizashvili, currently head of investor relations for the Tbilisi-based bank, will be appointed head of the London representative office. She will report to Vasil Revishvili, global head of wealth management.

The bank’s wealth management business had client funds amounting to GEL235.7 million ($128.95 million) at the time of publication.
