Bank Of Manhattan Appoints Chief Credit Officer

Bank of Manhattan appointed Shannon Millard as executive vice president and chief credit officer, said the bank yesterday. The bank offers commercial and private banking services, headquartered from Los Angeles.

Millard has over 25 years of banking experience, most recently as president of the retail banking division of First Federal Bank of California. She also served as its chief credit officer for 10 years.
