The firm – which already offers fiduciary and corporate administration services from Guernsey and runs business centres in the Isle of Man, Madeira and the UK – is launching a centre in Guernsey in response to greater demand for office space on the island, according to Alasdair Milroy, a director of Dixcart Trust Corporation.

“Many organisations are seeking to establish a physical presence in Guernsey, without wishing to set up an entire office, at least, not in the short term. At Dixcart we have recognised this demand and completely re-furbished an entire floor, in a building situated in the centre of St Peter Port,” said Milroy.
