Triad Advisors, a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services, has partnered with New Jersey-based Gitterman & Associates Wealth Management.

“We've been looking for a serious partner to help grow our firm, and only Triad Advisors has the depth in the hybrid marketplace that we need to be a competitive force in the broker-dealer and registered investment advisor space," said Jeffrey Gitterman, the managing principal who founded the firm in 2000. The firm now has around $700 million in total client assets.

Triad Advisors is an independent broker/dealer and investment advisor headquartered in Norcross, Georgia. Its parent firm Ladenburg also has subsidiaries Ladenburg Thalmann & Co, Investacorp and Premier Trust, which it acquired recently from Western Alliance.
