Fields reports to Bob Okin, executive vice president - national sales.  

Before moving to Oppenheimer, Fields spent most of his career at Smith Barney after periods at Prudential-Bache and Merrill Lynch.

Oppenheimer & Co, which is subsidiary of New York-listed Oppenheimer Holdings, last week said it had appointed David Morochnick as executive director and branch manager of the firm’s Scottsdale-based branch in Arizona.
