Having selected both Netik Information Portal and Netik Interview, the firm’s data warehouse platform, ALPS is now able to warehouse its clients' portfolio data and provide an online web portal through which this information can be accessed by both staff and clients.

Using Netik, when accessing portfolio data online ALPS’ clients can create and customise their own reports, as well as viewing them in formats such as Microsoft Excel. In addition, all ALPS’ internal departments have access to the same information, rendering it unnecessary to directly access the firm’s accounting system.
