Workman, who joined FCM in 2019, has progressed through the business to become client services director. With more than 13 years’ experience in financial services, she has developed strong and lasting relationships with FCM’s clients and been involved in the continued development of the business. Her appointment to FCM’s board, and the boards of its subsidiaries, recognises the xperience she has built at FCM and the contribution she makes to its clients and the wider business.

Luce, who joined FCM in 2013, has more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry. She spent eight years in banking before moving into the trust sector, where she has worked predominantly with high net worth private clients with a US connection. As a senior trust manager, she managed a portfolio of family trusts, corporate entities and private clients.

“Natalie and Torill have both made a significant contribution to FCM and, importantly, to the relationships we have with our clients. These appointments recognise their experience, commitment and the role they play within the business,” John Wood, managing director at FCM Trust, said.

“Developing people from within has always been important to us, and it is particularly pleasing to see colleagues who have built their careers at FCM progress into important roles within the business. Natalie’s appointment to the boards and Torill’s promotion further strengthen the experience and continuity we can offer our clients, while ensuring that the values and personal approach that underpin FCM remain at the heart of the business,” he said.

In view that FCM Trust has remained under the same family ownership since 1997, with relationships frequently spanning decades and generations, the firm added that these appointments are an important part of it long-term succession planning to ensure that the business continues to evolve while preserving its values.
