, a Jersey-headquartered corporate, private client and fund services provider, has completed the legal and operational merger of three Luxembourg businesses it acquired last year.
United Luxembourg, Equiom Luxembourg and YT Investor Services, which are each regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a Professionnel du Secteur Financier (PSF), now operate as one entity, Hawksford (Luxembourg) SA.
Since the merger took effect on 1 October 2026, Hawksford now has more than 70 staff in Luxembourg.
Your TACS SA, an accountancy firm acquired as part of the YT Group deal, sits outside the merger. Regulated by the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), it will continue to trade under its own name as part of Hawksford.
The merged business will be led by Claude Crauser, managing director, funds, and Sinan Sar, managing director, corporate. The pair previously ran United Group's Luxembourg business as co-country managing directors, the firm said in a statement.
Hawksford, which is backed by STAR Capital, built its Luxembourg presence through a run of deals in 2025.
“Luxembourg will play an important role as a centre of expertise for the group’s corporate and fund services and as part of its future European and global expansion plans,” Crauser said.
Folding several PSF licences into a single entity will reduce the number of regulated vehicles the group needs to maintain with the CSSF. The move comes amid sustained consolidation among corporate and fund services providers, much of it financed by private equity, as buyers seek scale and local teams in Europe's largest fund domicile.
