, the UK trade association representing the wealth management, financial advice, and financial planning profession, has welcomed Dan Boardman-Weston (pictured below), chief executive of BRI, to its board of directors.

He was appointed CEO of BRI, an independently-owned wealth management firm based in the Midlands, in 2022. Boardman-Weston joined BRI in 2011 and progressed through a number of investment management roles before becoming chief investment officer in 2019. Boardman-Weston is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Boardman-Weston has been recognised by various groups and has been awarded the Institute of Directors’ West Midlands, Young Director of the Year. Outside BRI, Boardman-Weston is a trustee of the Heart of England Community Foundation and chairman of a charitable trust
