Rogers has more than 30 years of experience in the international fiduciary and private wealth sector. In her new role, she will oversee complex client relationships and work with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and their advisors to deliver tailored fiduciary and family office solutions. Rogers has also joined the board of Equiom (Guernsey) Limited, supporting the business’s strategic direction, governance and continued growth. Her expertise spans international structuring, succession planning, family governance, regulatory compliance and strategic leadership. She has held senior positions within global fiduciary organisations and independent businesses, alongside gaining international financial services experience in Asia and Australia. Carey, who brings more than 20 years of experience in Guernsey’s trust and company sector, will lead the strategic growth and performance of Equiom’s Corporate Services and Employee Retirement & Rewards offering. This will include responsibility for client service delivery, team development, governance and operational excellence, the firm said. His experience covers managing complex corporate and pension structures for international clients, including large private equity houses and listed companies. Prior to joining Equiom, Carey held senior leadership positions within Guernsey’s fiduciary sector, as well as executive directorships within licensed fiduciary businesses, acting as both trustee and corporate director. “Sharon and Allister bring an exceptional breadth of technical, leadership and client experience to our Guernsey team,” Marie McNeela, managing director, Guernsey and head of Channel Islands at Equiom, said. “Their appointments reflect our continued investment in Guernsey and our commitment to building on the business’s heritage, established client relationships and deep local expertise."
