Teschmacher will work with Justin Onuekwusi chief investment officer to help lead development of SJP’s investment business, supporting governance, investment processes and the continued evolution of the firm’s investment proposition. He will also lead the development and delivery of the firm’s investment offering.

With nearly two decades in the industry, Teschmacher has experience across a range of asset classes and roles. Most recently, he was a fund manager and head of the asset allocation investment specialist team at Legal & General Asset Management.

His appointment follows that of several senior external hires made in SJP’s investment team this year: Lea Blinoff, director of investment solutions, Anu Sindwani, head of product specialists and Anthony McDonald, multi asset portfolio manager.
