Withers Names 12 New Partners In US, UK, Singapore

International law firm has promoted 12 lawyers to partner across its international offices, with effect from today. The new partners are based in Singapore, the US and the UK. New Haven Andrea Zakko is a tax, trust and estate planning attorney advising clients on a range of international tax matters, including the US taxation of foreign trusts with US beneficiaries and US tax reporting. San Francisco San Diego Los Angeles Singapore Tom McElligott advises high net worth individuals, families and their intermediaries on international private wealth matters, including tax, trusts and succession planning. Jonathan Tan is a commercial litigator and arbitrator focusing on shareholder and commercial disputes. He also advises companies, directors and shareholders on a broad range of business and personal matters. London Daniel Gore is a commercial litigator specialising in cross-border civil fraud and asset recovery, commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory matters and sports sector disputes. Perveen Hill advises a wide range of clients on criminal, white-collar crime and investigations matters, representing individuals in cases involving serious and complex fraud, money laundering, tax evasion and bribery, as well as those facing general criminal allegations. Caroline Thompson works across commercial litigation, professional negligence and media law disputes, with a particular focus on the latter two areas. She advises professional negligence claimants and clients with privacy concerns.
