Titanbay, the London-headquartered European private markets infrastructure provider, appointed Julius Kolberg as head of Germany. He joined Titanbay’s wealth solutions team. Previously, he was at Portagon GmbH. -- Alex Tamosius – Private Client; -- Danielle Crawford – Employment and Partnerships; The newly-promoted counsel: with HSBC. Matteo Pardi, who had been CEO AM Continental Europe, assumed the role of CEO for Europe, UK, and Americas ad interim. Deutsche Bank’s supervisory board appointed Stefan Hoops, CEO of DWS, as a member of the Deutsche Bank management board. DWS appointed Alexandre Daoud as senior coverage specialist for alternatives, Middle East and Africa. London-headquartered Connection Capital, a private client alternative investment business, appointed Sam Kemp as chief executive officer and partner. UK asset manager TrinityBridge, formerly known as Close Brothers Asset Management, appointed Tom Miller as head of bespoke investment management, based in the company’s new London headquarters in Marylebone. Madrid-headquartered MAPFRE Asset Management appointed Jorge Colomer as its new CEO. Colomer succeeded Álvaro Anguita, who led the firm since its founding more than 30 years ago. Suntera Global appointed Mark Reynolds as the regional head of Crown Dependencies in a newly-created role aimed at supporting growth across Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man. Mattioli Woods, a UK wealth management and employee benefits firm, appointed Simon Taylor as managing director for investment product solutions and platforms. Taylor is a financial services executive with more than 30 years in leadership roles. Shona Baijal, the head of private clients in the UK at UBS Global Wealth Management, left the Swiss bank. Baijal had worked at UBS for 26 years and held her most recent post for six years. Flanks, a European wealthtech firm, appointed former InvestCloud senior figure Nawaz Mucadam as country manager for the UK, Ireland, and Middle East. Mucadam has more than two decades of experience across wealthtech, institutional sales, and financial services. RBC Brewin Dolphin appointed Alisdair Dewar as the new head of office for Edinburgh. This followed Johnny McGlynn’s decision to retire at the end of last year. Most recently, Dewar worked at Coutts & Co as head of Scotland and North West England. Chester Rose Financial Planning appointed Matt Hobbins as financial planning manager. Hobbins, who brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial planner, previously worked for Amber River, a large UK-based independent financial planning network, and Evelyn Partners. Canaccord Wealth appointed Antony Champion as chief distribution officer. He joined from RBC Brewin Dolphin. The role is a new one for the firm. Kei Ohashi was appointed as head of investment management at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management, based in its London office. Previously, Ohashi worked at SuMi TRUST AM in Tokyo and London. Janney Montgomery Scott welcomed financial advisor Noel Becker in Hudson, Ohio. Becker was joined by Jean Phelps, senior wealth planning associate. Most recently with UBS, the team manages nearly $750 million in client assets. The firm also brought in financial advisor Scott Patterson in Hunt Valley, Maryland. He is joining Griffin Wealth Management, a four-person team. Patterson was formerly with Raymond James. UBS appointed financial advisor Clay Young. He joined the South market led by regional director Julie Fox, market executive Gregory Achten, and market director Sara Perez Barrett. Clay is based in Jonesboro. Over his more than 30-year career, he has worked at AG Edwards, Stephens, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before joining UBS in 2026. Lincoln Investment Planning said financial advisors Curtis Wilcox and Paul Niemiec had joined Lincoln’s broker dealer and RIA. Wilcox and Niemiec were introduced to the firm through WealthGuide Advisors, an ensemble of financial advisors already affiliated with Lincoln Investment. Scottsdale-based Amplify Technology appointed Jason Rowley as president and Kimberly Hill as chief revenue officer. Rowley was previously Amplify’s chief of staff and general counsel. Hill was previously chief revenue officer. Cyndeo Wealth Partners, a Florida-based RIA, appointed Glenn Rodriguez as senior vice president and financial advisor. He was previously at Merrill Lynch. Bob Oros, most recently CEO of Hightower Advisors, was named president of PPB Capital Partners, a 21-year old alternative investment platform. Oros’ stops on the financial services circuit over three-plus decades have included senior executive roles at Charles Schwab, HD Vest (now Avantax), Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, and LPL Financial. Broadridge Financial Solutions appointed Peter Reali as senior vice president and general manager of institutional governance, a newly-created business aimed at advancing proxy voting, stewardship and governance solutions for institutional investors. Reali, who is based in New York, reports to Swatika Rajaram, president, bank and broker-dealer solutions. Previously, Reali was an MD on Nuveen’s responsible investing team. Baird appointed Bryan Vaughn as a director and financial advisor, based in its private wealth management office in Fort Worth, Texas. Vaughn came from Ameriprise Financial Services. UBS appointed two teams: Alan Cumming, Les Loggins, and Grant Wheat joined in Tyler, Texas; in New Jersey, Tim Coughlin based in Paramus, joined the Greater NY metro market. Goldman Sachs appointed Sara Naison-Tarajano as the head of Goldman Sachs Ayco – a business providing company-sponsored financial planning and wealth management services. Naison-Tarajano, who continued to serve as global head of the Goldman Partner Office, has been at the US firm for 27 years. Cresset appointed Mark Thompson as executive managing director, institutional consulting, based in New York. He has spent most of his nearly two-decade financial services career in the wealth management industry. Thompson was previously MD of Morgan Stanley’s Fiduciary Consulting Group, an RIA within the US bank. Prosperity – an EisnerAmper company and RIA – added two wealth advisors in Southern California: Merryll McElwain (Los Angeles) and Keon Khamsehpour (La Jolla). RBC Wealth Management – US added the Turnock Bonacci Group to its Annapolis, Maryland branch. The team, which came from Morgan Stanley, includes Kevin Turnock, managing director, financial advisor and senior portfolio manager; Anthony Bonacci, senior vice president, financial advisor and senior portfolio manager; Michael Norris, senior business associate; and Julia Harrison, investment associate. A former LPL Financial team of advisors moved to the independent advisor arm of Raymond James. The team comprises advisors J Steven Bush, Shane Swift, James Schmertmann, Brett Johnson and Eric VanWinkle. It was joined by client services manager Sarah Johanson, client services assistant Clarissa Conduff, and client services associate Cameron Drury. Separately, Kirk Bell was named president of the independent contractor division (ICD) of Raymond James Financial Services. Finastra, a financial services software business, unveiled a centralized “AI Center of Excellence.” It also appointed Chris McClellen as group head of AI to lead the initiative, reporting to chief technology officer Mike Stawchansky. Northern Trust Wealth Management appointed Alyssa Quinlan as head of advisor relationships and strategic partnerships. She reports to global head of sales David Albright. Her role was a newly formed one. Quinlan has 25 years of experience across wealth management, private banking and fine art. She most recently served as CEO of Freeman’s Auctions & Appraisals. F2 Strategy said Ryan Beach was reappointed as CEO. FNZ had announced Beach’s appointment as North America group head last September. F2 did not identify FNZ by name, saying only that Beach had been exploring other options in the past six months. Northern Trust Wealth Management, part of Chicago-headquartered Northern Trust, appointed David Albright as the global head of sales, reporting to Jason Tyler, wealth management president. Albright previously led client development for Global Family & Private Offices (GFO), a role he held from 2013. Fortis Management Group appointed Genine Iffla as director for family education and governance. Iffla has more than a decade of experience designing and delivering family education and governance programs for families, financial institutions, and multi-generational wealth creators. Foundation Source appointed Sabrina Bailey as president, a newly-created role. Bailey most recently served as chief executive officer of Fiducient Advisors, a national investment consultancy serving institutions and families. Citi Private Bank appointed Chad Reddy as its market executive for the West region, reporting to Chris Biotti, head of the private bank’s North America business. Reddy has more than 25 years’ wealth management experience and joined from Bank of America Private Bank. Cresset announced that Susie Cranston, who had been president of the firm, is now CEO. Co-founders Avy Stein and Eric Becker continue as executive co-chairmen. Cranston had served as president of Cresset since April 2024. FNZ appointed Anthony Habis as group head of North America, in addition to his ongoing role as group chief commercial officer. Habis has more than 25 years of global leadership experience across wealth and asset management, including senior roles at MA Financial Group (Moelis Australia) and BNY Mellon. Brown Brothers Harriman appointed Scott Bayer as a vice president and senior wealth planner in the firm’s Houston office. Prior to this, Bayer was at Gray Reed, where he was a partner in the firm’s estate planning practice. NetLaw, a legal technology platform, appointed Tim Fisk, JD, as senior vice president of partnerships. Fisk has more than 20 years of experience spanning estate planning law, trust services, and wealth management technology in advisor-facing roles. Perigon Wealth Management added Jon Seif as managing director of digital strategy and Luke Samuels as senior director of business development. Seif, who reports to Arthur Ambarik, CEO of Perigon, leads the firm's data, AI and technology implementation. Seif has served in similar roles with Betterment, Envestnet/Yodlee and Catchlight (incubated within Fidelity Labs). Samuels, who joined Perigon's organic growth team, held various marketing leadership positions with Wealth Enhancement Group, Empower and Personal Capital. MSCI appointed former Goldman Sachs senior figure Dinesh Gupta as chief data officer and head of operations. Gupta previously led AI and digitalization efforts at Goldman Sachs. Hashdex, a crypto asset manager focused on exchange-traded funds for wealth managers, appointed Mick McLaughlin as the company’s first US chief executive. McLaughlin, who also serves as global distribution head, has led Hashdex’s crypto ETF platform since joining the firm in 2024. Buchalter appointed Emily Karr and Susan Bock as corporate partners in its Portland, Oregon, office. Jump, which provides AI solutions for financial advisors, appointed Diana Cabrices as “chief evangelist,” making the case for the firm’s advisor education, growth strategy content and data-backed coaching initiatives. Raymond James Former Truist Investment Services financial advisor Nathan Chapman joined Raymond James, working in its employee advisor segment. Financial advisor Alex Sarmiento joined the employee advisor channel of Raymond James. He was previously with Wells Fargo. A team of six advisors moved to the independent advisor arm of Raymond James. Based in Rochester, New York, the advisors are Mike McNaughton, Dan Schmitz, Greg Schuler, Traci Lewis, Jeff Santillo and John Woodworth. They operate as OakWood Financial Services. Tae-Young, who reports to Vanessa Wang, head of APAC and head of APAC coverage for DWS, has worked at DWS for 23 years in a variety of positions. He succeeded Byun Hyun-Soo as RD and CEO of DWS Korea. Byun Hyun-Soo is continuing as chairman of DWS Korea during the transition period, and he will continue as head of liquid investment strategy for the South Korea business. Manulife appointed Dr Hongjuan Liu as chief AI and data officer for Hong Kong and Macau. It also posted Mark Czajkowski, chief AI officer, Asia, to Hong Kong. Liu joined Manulife Hong Kong and Macau with more than 20 years of experience in AI, data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation across a variety of industries and geographies. Czajkowski, who was previously based in Singapore, has more than 20 years of experience spanning marketing, analytics, and AI centric strategy. The Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy (HKAWL), led by chairman Dr Adrian Cheng, made four appointments to its board of directors: Daryl Ng Win Kong and Philip Sohmen were appointed as vice chairmen, joined by Ronald Chan Wai-yan and Winnie Chiu Wing-kwan as new board members. JAR Capital Group, a Switzerland-headquartered holding company bringing together independent wealth management firms across MENA and Asia, appointed Francois R Farjallah as vice chairman of the board of directors. Farjallah joined from EFG Bank AG, where he served as head of private banking and head of the Middle East from 2021 to 2025. Prior to EFG, Farjallah was global head of Middle East and Africa at CA Indosuez Wealth Management from 2016 to 2021. Barclays appointed Adrish Ghosh as head of Barclays Private Bank for India. Based in Mumbai, Ghosh had served as interim head of Private Bank, India since August last year. Prior to this, he was head of distribution for Private Bank India, where he helped to strengthen client engagement, supporting the continuing growth of the business. Chubb Life appointed Jack Jiang as chief commercial officer, reporting directly to Bryce Johns, president of Chubb Life and senior vice president, Chubb Group. Jiang is responsible for Chubb Life’s overall growth strategy across its Greater China markets scaling the firm’s profile, presence, and business impact in the Greater Bay Area. Jiang has more than two decades of life insurance experience, most recently serving as deputy general manager of AIA China and general manager of the Guangdong branch. FNZ appointed Peter Hiom as group head of Asia-Pacific, in addition to his role as group head of markets. He is based in Sydney. Before FNZ, he served as deputy CEO at ASX. He has replaced Anthony Habis, who was appointed as group head of North America. Prudential Hong Kong appointed Alex Wong as chief information technology officer (CITO) for Hong Kong and Macau, and concurrently as regional CITO for Greater China. Wong has over three decades’ industry experience and led multi-disciplinary technology teams in Hong Kong and across Asia. Allianz Global Investors appointed Julie Koo as distribution head for Asia-Pacific. Koo is based in Hong Kong and reports to Tobias Pross, CEO of Allianz Global Investors. She replaced Desmond Ng who departed the firm a year ago. Kei Ohashi was appointed as head of investment management at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management, based in its London office. PGIM appointed David Fassbender as head of Asia-Pacific for its real estate business, based in Tokyo. Fassbender succeeded Benett Theseira, who retired following a 36-year career in real estate, including 15 years at PGIM. International law firm Simmons & Simmons hired partner Chris Studebaker for its dispute resolution practice in Asia. Studebaker joined from IBM Japan where he was a general counsel. Thailand’s SCBX Group, which has a joint venture with Switzerland’s Julius Baer, appointed Sarut Ruttanaporn as new CEO of Siam Commercial Bank. The change happened after the group said that Kris Chantanotoke had finished his contract term and did not renew it. HSBC in Singapore appointed two figures to strengthen its “China corridor proposition”: Ying Wang as distribution head for International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) and Irene Zeng as managing director and business development head, China Corridor in its Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division. Bank of Singapore appointed a former HSBC Private Bank figure, Eng Chien Chan, as market group head, Greater China. He reports to Rickie Chan, head of private banking, Greater China, and CEO of the Hong Kong branch at BoS. With close to 30 years in the banking industry, Chan previously worked as market head for Taiwan and co-head for offshore China at HSBC Private Bank in Singapore.
Most recently, Schwyzer served as chief executive officer of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg), now UBS.
Investec Bank appointed Hollie Sleigh as head of offshore real estate lending.
Cazenove Capital appointed Ines Ingabire as portfolio director. Ingabire was previously a wealth manager at Tribe Impact Capital. to her time at Tribe, she worked at Seven Investment Management (7IM) and HSBC Asset Management.
London-based law firm Forsters appointed Colin Morgan as a partner in its banking and finance team. Morgan has more than 30 years’ experience advising investors and lenders in relation to domestic and international real estate investment and development finance transactions. Previously, he was a partner at Macfarlanes.
The investment arm of WTW appointed Sophia Sednaoui as a senior director in its GB Wealth and Retail Investments team. Before joining WTW, she was head of investor relations at CG Asset Management, following more than six years at Carmignac.
Investec Bank (Channel Islands) appointed Ben Horne to Investec Asset Finance (Channel Islands) in the Isle of Man.
Quintet Private Bank appointed Lars Kalbreier as group chief investment officer and member of the authorised management committee, succeeding Bryan Crawford. Kalbreier was a partner at Bainbridge, an advisory and investment banking platform.
Law firm Charles Russell Speechlys appointed Robert Lundie Smith as partner and head of Intellectual Property. He succeeded Mary Bagnall who, after more than a decade leading the group, continues to support the firm as a consultant.
Brooks Macdonald appointed Will Hobbs as chief investment officer. He reports to Andrea Montague, CEO Brooks Macdonald.
Fulcrum Asset Management appointed Karl Sternberg as a senior independent advisor to its Fulcrum Alternative Solutions business.
Jersey-headquartered Suntera Global appointed Paul Jones as chief operating officer (COO), based in London.
Aberdeen Adviser appointed Richard Denning as its new CEO, succeeding Noel Butwell, who announced his decision to step down from the role, ending a 23-year career at the UK business. Denning has worked in the advisor sector for over 20 years. He arrived from M&G where he has been CEO of its wealth platform.
Jersey headquartered global professional services provider JTC appointed Zoubeir Khatib as managing director of its Mauritius office. He took over from Manon Thamothiram, who retired. Thamothiram joined JTC in 2018.
BNP Paribas Asset Management appointed Isabelle Scemama as deputy chief executive officer alongside her role as global head of BNPP Asset Management in alternative asset management. She is based in Paris.

HSBC Asset Management appointed Thorsten Michalik as CEO of its alternatives business. Michalik succeeded Joanna Munro, who retired from the investment industry after more than 40 years in asset management – 20 of those were
Equiom, a provider of fiduciary services, appointed Andrew Hudson as client director, private wealth and family office services in Jersey. He has more than 30 years’ experience in fiduciary services across Jersey and Singapore.
The integrated client solutions team of Citi Wealth appointed Khaled Ibrahim as director of origination and global family office for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ibrahim, who is based in Citigroup’s Dubai office, reports to Alessandro Amicucci, MD, EMEA head of the global family office group at Citi Private Bank.

Finserve Global Security Fund appointed space and defence expert Stefan Gustafsson to the fund’s advisory board. He has a background spanning the Swedish Armed Forces, the defence industry, and the international space sector.
JAR Capital Group, a Swiss-headquartered holding company bringing together independent wealth management firms across MENA and Asia, appointed Francois R Farjallah as vice chairman of the board of directors. Farjallah joined from EFG Bank AG, where he served as head of private banking and head of the Middle East from 2021 to 2025.
Stonehage Fleming said that Gerrit Smit, founder and lead portfolio manager of the $4 billion Stonehage Fleming Global Best Ideas Equity Strategy (GBI), became chairman of the group’s Global Equity Management business and its investment committee unit. Carolyn Bell, deputy portfolio manager of GBI, succeeded Smit as lead portfolio manager.
Anderson Strathern Asset Management appointed Arlene Ewing as managing director. Ewing, who has more than 35 years’ experience in financial services, is a recognised leader in her field; she is a former Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) president for Scotland.
Barclays named Olivier Franceschelli as the new chief executive officer of Barclays Private Bank Monaco. Franceschelli, who has been with Barclays since May 2020, had served as interim CEO since September 2025.
Blackstone promoted Rashmi Madan, a 15-year Blackstone veteran, to the newly-created role of global head of portfolio solutions. Simona Maellare, who joined as EMEA head of private wealth, was previously global co-head of the alternative capital group for UBS.
Alasdair Munro was appointed chief communications officer at FNZ, a global wealth management platform. He has been with FNZ since 2010.
Rathbones appointed Bruce Saunderson as senior director of wealth planning, based in Glasgow.
Saranac Partners, a London-based private office, appointed former Citi Private Bank CEO Peter Charrington as chairman. He took over from Richard Berliand, who stepped down as chair after four years guiding the firm through its founding and establishment phase. Berliand continues to serve on the board as a non-executive director.
International legal practice Charles Russell Speechlys appointed Frédéric Ney as a tax partner in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously, he was at Bär & Karrer in Geneva.
Zennor Asset Management appointed Tatjana Evans-MacLeod in the new role of chief executive officer.
London-based Thomson Tyndall, an independent financial advice firm, appointed Ben Surtees to advise families and businesses. He is based in Midhurst, West Sussex. Surtees spent 20 years at Jupiter Asset Management as a portfolio manager specialising in Asia ex Japan equities.
Moonfare, a global private markets investment platform, appointed Alice Avenel as head of France and Benelux. She is based in Paris. Avenel has over eight years of experience in private equity, venture capital and international development.
The private banking arm of Deutsche Bank hired former Goldman Sachs figure Oliver Patterson as managing director and team leader in the UK, reporting to James Whittaker, head of DB’s private bank in the UK and Nordics region.
Nomura Asset Management appointed Nick Henderson as head of global sustainable equities and lead portfolio manager of its Global Sustainable Equity Strategy, including its Irish-domiciled Nomura Funds Ireland – Global Sustainable Equity Fund.
Barclays Bank (Suisse) appointed John Shipman as its new chief executive officer, replacing Rahim Daya, who was appointed global head of sales management for Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management. Shipman, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, joined from HSBC. He is based in Geneva, and reports to Annabelle Bryde, head of Barclays Private Bank International.
RBC BlueBay Asset Management appointed Mike Bell in a newly-created role as head of market strategy, based in London. Prior to this, Bell was global market strategist JP Morgan Asset Management.
MSCI appointed former Goldman Sachs senior figure Dinesh Gupta as chief data officer and head of operations.
JP Morgan's private bank appointed Paul Ferry, head of financial institutions group, based in London. Ferry was previously with another US lender, Citi Private Bank, where he worked for 16 and-a-half years.
Kingsley Napley made two appointments for its growing international tax team: Kelly Greig as a partner and Abbie West-Kelsey as tax manager.

Janney Montgomery Scott added financial advisor Michael Mrotzek, first president for wealth management, in Red Bank, New Jersey. Mrotzek used to work for Morgan Stanley.
Raymond James Financial Institutions Division, part of Raymond James, welcomed financial advisor Edward “Ed” Vollbrecht to Atlantic Union Financial Consultants (AUFC), part of Atlantic Union Bank.
