Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – M&G, Capital Generation Partners, Others

M&G Investments
has appointed Lee Tindell as asset management chief information and technology officer. Tindell joined on 5 May.

With more than 25 years’ experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes in global financial services businesses, Tindell has joined from Mercuria, where he was CTO for applications. Prior to Mercuria, he held technology leadership positions at Man Group, including CTO for business technology and head of IT development. 

Separately, M&G Investments has appointed Paul Haegy (pictured below) as head of infrastructure debt and private placements within its £81 billion ($110 billion) private markets business.

Based in London, Haegy previously worked for more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as head of EMEA infrastructure and energy financing. 

In his new role, Haegy reports to James King, head of M&G’s £24 billion private and structured credit platform.

Capital Generation Partners
, a real assets investment house founded in Madrid in 2003, has appointed Anne-Jan Jager as managing director in its business development and strategy team, to lead its international expansion. 

Over the past five years, Jager has been MD and co-head of real estate for Europe at Partners Group. He started his professional career at UBS Global Asset Management, working there for almost a decade in Europe and the US.
