International legal practice has appointed Tatjana Evans-MacLeod (pictured) in the new role of chief executive officer.

She will be strengthening its leadership team as the investment boutique enters the next phase of growth and extends its product range, the firm said in a statement.

Evans-MacLeod started her career with JP Morgan in New York, she then moved to Morgan Stanley in a capital markets role and later to Credit Suisse First Boston. Since joining Baillie Gifford in 2015 until moving to Zennor, Evans-MacLeod has worked as a relationship lead and investment specialist covering public equity, securing new mandates and building strong partnerships with institutional investors.

“Tatjana’s vision and proven track record in investment management and strategic development, and an extensive global network, make her the ideal appointment to our leadership team,” founding partner, James Salter, said.

Founded in 2020 by James Salter and David Mitchinson, today Zennor Asset Management manages just under $2 billion in assets. The firm is partnered with independent distributor Spring Capital Partners to bring its funds to the attention of fund buyers and asset allocators across the UK and Europe.
