Artorius The deal extends Artorius’s presence in the North West, including the Lake District, reflecting its long-term strategy to provide bespoke wealth management services to entrepreneurial clients across the UK. The four investment managers, based in Lancashire’s Lune Valley, are Hugo Pring, Rachel Tilburn, Jane Conlin, and Adrian Williams. Artorius, which has £1.8 billion under management and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, has also completed its migration to BNY Pershing – a move that makes integrating this acquisition a more streamlined process, with both firms’ assets custodied at Pershing. As part of Artorius, new clients will benefit from investment opportunities, enhanced reporting, and access to a planning team for those who need it. “The key to our sustainable growth is the strong alignment between all our stakeholders. We are owned by a number of our clients and team members,” Artorius CEO Paddy Lewis, said. “We’re not chasing sky-high assets under management at the expense of client service, only to flip the business to the highest bidder. We’ve always believed in growing by delivering quality advice and service to clients. Becoming acquisitive doesn’t change that – this is about adding the right partners who share our values.” The firm has received many industry awards, including the 2025 WealthBriefing European Awards for Best Specialist Wealth Manager and Multi-Family Office.
