, a specialist alternative asset manager with £8.7 billion ($11.74 billion) in AuM, has agreed to buy all of , a Switzerland-headquartered specialist investment manager focused on energy transition infrastructure.
The deal combines SUSI Partners’ mid-market energy transition investment capabilities across equity and credit with Gresham House’s UK leadership in battery energy storage, Gresham Partners said in a statement late last week.
Gresham House said the transaction also widens its access to continental European and Southeast Asian markets. The combined energy transition business will have £2.7 billion in AuM because of the deal. In total, Gresham’s AuM will rise to £10.2 billion.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
