Dworetzsky has worked at UK private client law firms Charles Russell Speechlys and Withers. At Charles Russell Speechlys, she was a partner for the past six years. At Withers, she was a partner for more than a decade. She advises private equity managers on tax-efficient investment structuring and the taxation of carried interest. “Sophie’s extensive experience advising high and ultra-high net worth individuals, including private equity managers, family offices and international families on wealth structuring, governance, asset protection, tax-efficient structuring, trusts and succession planning, ensures she is well equipped to guide our business into its next phase of growth,” Goddard said.
