ING Forms Wealth Alliance with Mid-East Bank

Dutch group ING has formed a strategic partnership with Doha Bank to expand the Qatar bank's wealth management services. Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed bin Jabor Al Thani, Managing Director of Doha Bank, said that he was confident the alliance would enable Doha Bank to provide more diversified and advanced services. "Bringing highly specialised services to Qatar through this alliance would provide a whole lot of options to our private banking high net worth and institutional clients to deploy their funds globally and diversify their investment portfolio", he said. Doha Bank's wealth management services will benenfit considerably through the distribution of various ING products as an intermediary, custodian and shareholder servicing agent, according to ING officials.
