Dailidyte is also knowledgeable in the field of philanthropy and serves as a board member of The Polar Academy, a charity that transforms the lives of children from challenging backgrounds through participation in Arctic expeditions. She is also an active member of Future Asset, an organisation dedicated to empowering teenage girls to pursue careers in financial services, the firm said. Asset Risk Consultants Dr Cooke, who is rejoining the firm, has extensive experience in global equity and multi-asset management. He spent the last five years at Ashburton Jersey Limited, the global and offshore investment manager of FirstRand Group, Africa’s largest financial institution. During his time there, Dr Cooke was head of global equity and director of investments, overseeing over $1 billion in assets under management. He led the active global equity team, whose strategies were implemented across the FirstRand Group and contributed to the firm’s multi-asset investment process. Dr Cooke first joined ARC as an investment consultant in 2018 after spending seven years as an investment manager at SVM Asset Management (now River Global Investors) in Edinburgh, managing its World Equity Fund. In his new role, he will work closely with ARC’s chief investment officer to strengthen and expand the CIO function, enhancing portfolio strategies, improving risk management processes and driving innovation in investment solutions. His leadership will play a key part in ensuring that ARC continues to offer “cutting-edge investment advice,” the firm said in a statement. "Jimmy’s deep expertise in global equity and multi-asset strategies, along with his vision for improving the CIO function, will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our service to clients," Stephen McMahon, ARC Group CEO, said. Wren Investment Office Käsdorf will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy for Edmond de Rothschild’s private markets franchise which has €21.8 billion ($23.5) in assets under management, the firm said in a statement. As the company's main ambassador within the private markets industry, Käsdorf will orchestrate the development of the global marketing strategy for this business segment, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives for the entire range of funds, mandates, and partnerships within Edmond de Rothschild’s private markets investment platforms, including private equity, real estate Investment management and infrastructure debt. Käsdorf has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and financial analysis within leading financial institutions. Prior to joining the group, since 2019 she served as marketing director at BlackRock for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, “successfully strengthening the brand among professional investors in the region.” Prior to this, Käsdorf was head of marketing for Listed Securities at La Française Group. She also gained solid experience in private markets at AXA Real Assets and Access Capital Partners where she started her career career with a five-year tenure as a financial analyst in private equity.
