Haywood has experience in advising on a spectrum of alternative asset managers on the structuring and formation of private investment funds across a range of different strategies – from first-time venture capital managers to global multi-strategy managers, the firm said in a statement.

His experience covers venture capital, private equity and private equity secondaries funds, direct lending and credit funds, as well as infrastructure, real estate, healthcare and impact finance funds. Haywood advises institutional investors on private fund investments, including the sale of portfolios of fund interests, secondary market deals, and co-investments. He has also gained practical industry experience from his time working within the alternatives asset management division of a leading global investment bank.
